BISP Jobs Eligibility Criteria:
1. Financial Management Specialist (FMS)
- Education: ACA with at least 5 years of experience or CMA/ACCA/CA finalist or a Master’s Degree in Finance or equivalent from an HEC-recognised institution.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts/financial management, preferably in large or complex organisations. Articles from a reputable Chartered Accountant firm are preferred.
- Skills: Knowledge of financial management guidelines, excellent communication and reporting skills, and an understanding of government structures and procedures.
- Preference: Experience with IPSAS, budgetary processes in Pakistan, and working in a social safety net environment.
2. Research Methodology and Monitoring & Evaluation Expert
- Education: Ph.D. or equivalent advanced university degree in research and design, monitoring and evaluation, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 10 years of relevant experience with a demonstrated expertise in research design, monitoring, and evaluation.
- Skills: Proven ability to publish research papers, knowledge of qualitative and quantitative data analysis techniques, and familiarity with statistical software.
- Knowledge: Expertise in survey methods, data analysis, and presentation of research findings.
3. Data Analytics Expert-II
- Education: At least a Master’s degree in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or BI Expert in large software projects or organisations
- Skills: Proficiency in data analytics software and tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense, and experience with statistical software like R, MATLAB, SAS, and STATA.
- Knowledge: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and understanding of software development environments.
